February was another great month for our Key West Real Estate market. In the image below Sales and Pending Sales both showed a 10% increase over January 2012. Typically our Real Estate season runs from December thru May which is also happens to be our peak tourist season.In the past few years we have also seen the shoulder and off seasons starting to blend into one. The island lifestyle, weather and people make Key West such a favorable destination within the United States and the Carribbean.
