Key West Real Estate Market Report Once again Sold property numbers in Key West are very strong for this time of the year( usually this is the quietest time of the year). Pending and Contingent homes under contract have started to drop off as there is no longer enough inventory on the market to drive 130-140 homes under contract every month.One would think the next step will be price increases? July was another good month for our Key West Real Estate Market. August seemed busy for most in the Real Estate business, especially the past 2-3 weeks as buyers took advantage. For July, properties currently under contract are hovering between 130- 140, these are strong number considering that 65 properties Sold in March (which was the height of the market for 2013).
