Sean was awesome from start to finish line! Buying property in Key West Florida can be very complicated. There are flood/wind insurances issues (especially for condos) height elevation certificates, flood zones, condo association requirements, sellers live in another country, never ending documents required from lenders. Sean advised us and was there throughout this process. Always returned our calls! Without his professional knowledge of Key West real estate we were thinking of giving up. Thank you Sean! We closed on time and heading to the beach.
